Responsibilities Crack Fill Application Apply crack filler and joint compound to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, even finishes for walls and ceilings. Quality Assurance Inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of your work, making sure it meets project specifications and Kent Homes' high standards. Material Handling Manage and organize materials, ensuring efficient mixing, application, and cleanup to maintain an orderly work environment. Safety Compliance Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. Team Collaboration Work with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time and resolve any on-site challenges. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction or a related field is a plus. Experience At least 2 years of experience in crack fill application or drywall finishing; experience in the construction industry is preferred. Certifications None required, but relevant experience is essential. Skills Precision in applying crack filler for seamless finishes, strong construction skills, and physical stamina for manual labor.
