Provide technical guidance to lab staff in conjunction with Specialists and leadership. Facilitates workplace solutions, and promotes continuous learning. Coordinates the implementation of processes and procedures, standards, goals and objectives. Ensure that policies, procedures, accreditation and safety standards are maintained.
