Positions to be filled Positions to be filled: 19 Information you must provide Essential qualifications EDUCATION: Graduation with an Occupational Therapy (OT) degree from a recognized post-secondary institution. OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION: Eligible for an unrestricted license to practice as an occupational therapist in a province or territory of Canada. EXPERIENCE: EX1 through EX5 covering significant and recent experience as an occupational therapist with an adult caseload, rehabilitation services to adult patients with diverse physical conditions, use of outcome measures, development of treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Preferences and additional qualifications ABILITIES: Time management, collaboration in a person-partnered care framework, use of evidence-informed interventions. COMPETENCIES: Integrity, thinking, teamwork, initiative, communication. CERTIFICATION: Training in return to work or vocational rehabilitation, standardized assessment tools, mental health, trauma-informed care (if completed). EXPERIENCE: AEX1AEX2 with CAF members or public safety personnel and with patients who have complex health needs.
