Overview Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part-Time Sales Associates who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Responsibilities Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company positively Attempt to calm irate customers by explaining the situation and resolving issues to the best of your ability Take orders from customers and prepare products for purchase Ensure customer satisfaction with issue resolution and the resolution process Assist with display of merchandise Assist with inventory management Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures Participate in all store maintenance Prepare merchandise for purchase Work with management and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence Answer external and internal phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person or Store Manager Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations and required standards Abide by all company policies and procedures as directed by the Store/Assistant Managers Available to work any shift according to store operation Must provide a copy of completed CannSell Cannabis Retail Certification Must provide a copy of a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in sales and customer service Knowledge of and passion for cannabis and accessories Available for shift work Monday to Sunday Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player mentality Ability to compute basic mathematical problems Attention to detail Desire to educate customers and the community about cannabis benefits without providing medical advice Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and at different locations Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service Cannabis knowledge and passion CannSell Certification and clean Criminal Background Check Strong communication and customer service skills Job Types Part-time Permanent Why You Should Apply Opportunity to work for a growing company positioning to become a globally recognized brand in the cannabis industry Significant opportunity for growth, experience and learning Unlimited bonus earning potential Notes The job posting reflects general details necessary to describe principal functions and duties.
