Develop and manage short- and long-term operational plans, prepare cut blocks for harvest, and coordinate scheduling with contractors. Oversee service contractors, conduct safety and environmental audits, and ensure compliance with the Annual Fire Plan and Work Schedules. Monitor and report production and costs, maintain wood quality and supply targets, and liaise with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) on operational issues. What You Offer Degree or diploma in forestry or business, with at least 5 years of experience in forest operations planning and project costing. Familiar with OH&S regulations and forestry-related laws; proficient in MS Office, GIS software (ARCGIS, ArcView), and GPS tools. Strong communication (bilingual an asset), leadership, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills; results-driven with sound judgment. Able to work in remote forested areas and varying conditions; must have a valid Ontario drivers license and be willing to travel as needed.
