We put you first: Profit sharing plan Telemedicine, Group insurance, and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) At our facility in Vaughan, you can develop your full potential, sustainably , by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Asset Owner L2: Coach and develop operators in machine operations, CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate) tasks, and effective communication during DRS meetings, while supporting performance evaluations and annual reviews. Lead daily operations by validating performance transactions, analyzing time losses, reviewing quality checks, and coordinating resources to resolve work conflicts. Drive continuous improvement through the creation and enhancement of SOPs, training materials, and DRS board updates to align with evolving operational needs. Support health, safety, and 5S initiatives by conducting audits, managing A-risks, and developing plans for a clean and orderly work environment. Analyze asset performance and implement corrective actions, including risk assessments and equipment/task analysis to ensure optimal functionality. Bring out the best in yourself! We encourage you to put forward your strengths: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in operations supervision in a manufacturing field College diploma or degree (Bachelors in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred) Expertise in Lean Production System principles and strong attention to detail Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills Collaborative, adaptable, and autonomous Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations Experience with SAP and Power BI (asset) Six Sigma certification Green or Black Belt (asset) We look forward to meeting you!
