Description As a skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide make-up applications, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to support in-store events and ensure the store maintains strong visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career opportunity in prestige beauty. Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, and we are open to developing skills in these areas. Responsibilities Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Contribute to achieving high visual merchandising standards and assist with in-store events. Collaborate with the team to create a memorable in-store experience for customers. Qualifications Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise are welcome. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview. Pay and Benefits Anticipated hourly range: $17.00 to $19.50 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget).
