POSITION OVERVIEW: Jasper Inn & Suites INN Grill Restaurant Manager manages all front of house food and beverage operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing and leading your team at this property to embrace the following duties: Utilize business acumen to develop and implement strategic plans and operational goals. Lead and guide the Food & Beverage service team to drive results. Execute banquets with the Sales Manager and Executive Chef. Monitor operations to ensure compliance with hotel operating controls and service standards. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel/resort and management. Lead by example, fostering our corporate culture. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the team. Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints to restore customer satisfaction. Manage budgets, schedules, and control expenditures. Work with the Marketing team to manage the hotels food and beverage online presence. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in hotel food and beverage operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. A passion for food and beverage operations. Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Current certification in ProServe is required. Certification in Food Safe and First Aid is preferred.
