You will act as a strategic partner to Account Managers to build, grow and maintain profitable, long-lasting relationships with CWB / NBC clients. The Banking Officer will provide knowledge and courteous, efficient delivery of our products and services (opening of accounts, sale of retirement and investment products, completion of personal lending account reviews, etc.). You will enhance current client relationships by using discovery questions to deliver a full-service solution. Responsibilities Listen to clients needs and resolve complex situations. Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for clients to meet their transactions, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement. Refer clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs. Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
