We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team to work from India. This role suits a professional with proven communication and technical skills in the assurance practice, primarily on compilations. The CRC Senior Manager will assist the enterprise and ECS business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modelling to manage CRC objectives and related KPIs, providing direct support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams to enable Canadian audit engagement teams to leverage the CRC on compilations work. The focus is to support engagement teams working on compilations and to formalize processes and policies for risk management and regulatory compliance. What You Will Do Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with the CRC national management team. Provide direct support to enterprise and ECS engagement teams to effectively leverage the Assurance CRC on engagements. Assist in overseeing the Quality (QMCI) team at the CRC in India by identifying areas for quality improvement and overseeing the implementation of solutions to ensure high audit quality and deliverables. Prepare training materials, how-to guides, monthly/quarterly newsletters, and other guidance documents for the internal CRC portal. Leverage firm processes and programs to actively support the business. Oversee the usage of One Port (intake portal) and update intake processes as new services are developed; test updated and new processes to ensure they operate as designed. Reporting Provide support to geographic business units to achieve geographic and local office CRC objectives. Prepare monthly reporting packages for senior audit leadership and business unit leaders, including financial results and strategic commentary on hours results and trends. Compliance - Controls Oversee the performance of controls to ensure they operate effectively throughout the year and that reporting timelines are met. Work with the Department of Professional Practice and the Canadian risk management team to ensure services provided by the CRC are approved prior to deployment to ensure high quality. Other Willingness to travel internationally and ability to obtain requisite business traveler visa/work permits for India. Represents a willingness to adjust work hours to ensure overlap with offshore management teams for smooth operational oversight. What You Bring To The Role Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent. 8+ years of experience in an enterprise or ECS practice, with at least 5 years in a management role. Senior manager or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience with KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years compilation and team management experience. Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills; strong technical assurance skills. Proven time management and organizational skills. Bi-lingual in French and English is an asset; superior written and verbal communication skills in English required. Strong ability to oversee and operate with teams greater than 100 individuals; strong organizational and time management skills. Thrives in a team-based environment; values innovative thinking and process improvements. Mentoring and performance management skills; able to work independently and own tasks and areas of responsibility. Attention to detail with aptitude for suggesting alternatives and modifying processes and documents. Comfortable working in both virtual and in-person environments. Advanced MS Office and Adobe products proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.). Written and oral fluency in English is required. Salary and benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
