About The Opportunity As a Service Advisor, youll play a pivotal role as the bridge between our customers and service teamensuring clear communication, seamless scheduling, and timely execution of service work. This hands-on position requires someone who thrives on staying organized, keeping things moving, and creating positive experiences at every touchpoint. What Youll Be Doing Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Serve as the communication hub between customers, the Service Manager, and technicians. Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups with both customers and suppliers. Work with OEM programs to follow service protocol. Providing technical support to customers and technicians. Open, track, and close service work orders accurately and efficiently. Provide estimates to customers and follow through with work order till completion. Collect payments and support the monitoring of accounts receivable. Assist with parts lookups and inventory coordination as needed. Maintain clear documentation and status updates on ongoing work. Support overall shop organization, including prioritizing technician assignments and responding to urgent needs. Step up with other duties as required to keep operations running smoothly. Ensure safe work environment. What You Bring To The Table Excellent communication skillsclear, professional, and solution-oriented. Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. Strong computer skills, including scheduling software and inventory systems. Comfortable navigating parts libraries and service documentation. Industry knowledge of agricultural equipment is a strong asset. Journeyman ticket is a strong asset. A proactive mindsetself-motivated but collaborative. Dependable, respectful, and always focused on providing top-tier customer service. Valid drivers license required.
