Responsibilities include managing production schedules, assigning daily tasks, providing hands-on support, and driving safety, quality, delivery, and morale. The role also involves continuous improvement and staff development. Responsibilities Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and regulations. Train, guide, and coach employees to meet operational goals. Evaluate interpersonal skills and provide feedback for improvement. Schedule and assign personnel based on production needs. Optimize equipment and material use for maximum output. Assess employee capabilities and match with job requirements. Monitor output, processes, efficiency, expenses, and quality metrics. Measure performance and quality indicators. Achieve operational Key Process Indicators. Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules. Participate in management meetings to review results and improvements. Perform other tasks as assigned. Manage Environmental and Quality Management Systems as per company policies. Qualifications 1-3 years of related experience. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Labour Laws. Conflict and time management skills. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills. Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office software. Support off-shift operations as needed.
