Overview Join to apply for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role at Hilti Group . The role of the Customer Service Representative is to influence and serve all Hilti customers, including internal Hilti customers (e.g., field account managers) and other Hilti team members who have direct relationships with the customer experience. This position is accountable for achieving profitable sales, providing timely and appropriate customer service, and technical expertise with a strong orientation to understanding a customers specialized needs and requirements; ensuring the successful achievement of the companys objectives and growth within the assigned Market Organization. What does the role involve? Provide outstanding inbound services to internal and external customers, including consultative sales, technical inquiries, and support Understand handling of specialized market segments (e.g., Federal and State Government, Rental, Automotive, Mining, Nuclear, etc.) and how to navigate large organizations Understand and present Hilti's Channel Strategy and New Product and Trade Strategy Sustain and expand knowledge of existing and new products and applications Maintain a strong knowledge of Hilti Online to increase the customer base, drive online sales, and troubleshoot online issues Handle transactions involving customers terms and conditions in line with Hilti's legal guidelines and applicable regulatory standards Utilize Strategic Selling Skills (SSS) to convert prospects into buying customers Receive and process inbound calls, faxes, emails, chat, repair and technical inquiries from customers and field sales personnel Manage time effectively to provide quality service with 60 - 75 customer contacts per day What You Need Bilingual proficiency in both French and English required High School diploma or GED required (CAED Canadian Adult Education Credential); Bachelors degree preferred Previous customer service and/or sales experience Strong knowledge of computer systems such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel (strongly preferred) Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment Strong technical and customer relationship management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships Mobility and willingness to travel as needed Participation in international travel to the United States for initial training; visa requirements are the applicants responsibility to obtain What We Offer Competitive base salary and bonus potential Robust benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision from day one Team member coverage premiums paid by Hilti Basic Life, AD&D, and disability insurance paid by Hilti Business Travel Accident coverage Basic Dependent Life Insurance Option Life, AD&D, and Critical Illness coverage for team members and dependents Short-term Disability paid by Hilti Registered pension plan with employer matching up to 5% after 12 months of service Generous Paid Time Off and holidays, with community volunteering opportunities Paid parental leave, sabbaticals, military leave Up to five days per year of back-up daycare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and company-paid wellness screenings Opportunities for growth and professional development Who Should Apply?
