Position Overview The Integrity Group of Companies consists of five different business units, with the primary areas of focus including the construction of post frame buildings across Western Canada, supplying framing material packages to homebuilders in Calgary and area, as well as manufacturing. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative, organizational, and communication support to the design & estimating team. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The Project Coordinator assists the Project Control Specialist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables, while proactively identifying potential risks and supporting solutions to keep projects on track. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Schedule & Resource Management Update and maintain schedules to ensure balanced workload and resource leveling Conduct workload and capacity audits for forecasting, onboarding, and what-if scenarios Act as a liaison between production builders and design staff to ensure transparency Handle urgent design, sales, or operations changes to facilitate revisions Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed Design & Estimating Support Assign and review work for accuracy, consistency, and quality Step into Technician or high-level estimating roles as needed Process Improvement & Implementation Develop templates, processes, and techniques to improve budget estimating Implement and document training, software integration, and workflow enhancements Standardize bid/tender processes and improve forecasting analytics Maintain document control and ensure consistency in design and estimating Track, follow up, and distribute ASIs, RFIs, and DAQs Education/Experience Requirements Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration, project management, civil engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) an asset 13 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) considered an asset Skills/Qualifications Project management support Organization & Time Management Strong verbal and written communication Problem-Solving Team Collaboration Attention to detail Technical Proficiency Adaptability Analytical Thinking Technology & Equipment Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Slides, Docs) MiTek To Apply Visit our Career Website: #J-18808-Ljbffr
