Responsibilities Working closely with partners, managers, or other senior staff to develop and implement tax and accounting strategies for clients Identifying and resolving accounting, audit and tax issues Developing strong technical audit, accounting and tax skills Managing and reviewing engagement files Supporting, managing and mentoring firm staff Identifying and cultivating new sales/service opportunities for clients Playing a leadership role with respect to firm processes and software applications Qualifications 3-5 years plus of progressive public accounting experience Canadian CPA designation Prior experience managing large increased risk engagements Proven technical skills in accounting and assurance Advanced accounting, tax and software knowledge Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills A passion for client service Bilingualism in French/English is an asset Whats in it for you?
