As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a Guide for families and older adults youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. Partner youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale Supports Our Sales Associates 3-week onboarding and orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdales approach to sales, systems to help you be successful, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools to market your community for your geographic area.
