Overview BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. Headquartered in Abbotsford, BC, our third generation, family-owned business is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service. This is a PM Shift position with the hours being Monday through Friday 3:15 pm to 11:45pm. Responsibilities Lead others (coach, mentor, train, and support drive results and hold team members accountable) Drive change and continuous improvement (ongoing daily problem solving) Understand and execute deliverables, targets and key performance indicators Plan requirements on a daily and weekly basis to maintain uninterrupted workflow Maintain warehouse cleanliness Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead and train people Strong communication skills Self-motivated, ability to thrive under pressure and drive change. Strong problem-solving skills Safety first mindset Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office) Physically fit (ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular and repetitive basis) Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
