Role Responsibilities Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise Create meaningful, memorable experiences Build personalized client connections to enhance loyalty As a Service Advisor Welcome clients and direct them appropriately Prepare products and process transactions efficiently Package products for an opening experience Support Service Counter operations As an Inventory Associate Process shipments accurately and efficiently Manage product placement and display standards Support cross-channel shopping and retail operations As a Merchandiser Handle shipments and product placement strategically Translate product stories and validate display standards Support seamless retail operations Qualifications Aspirational individual style Commitment to learning Aritzia's values and leadership principles Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Focus on quality and adding value Compensation The typical range is $20-$30 CAD/hr, with growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance approach, along with aspirational workspaces and perks.
