Position Summary The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations. Provides patient care based on feedback received during patient consultation or file review. What You'll Do Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor. Establish and develop strong working relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders. Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals. Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely, and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products. Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products. Follow Walmart's SOPs and best practices. Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer system, etc.). Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations. Ensure patients receive eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.). Maintain pharmacy hours as posted. Assist in executing the business plan with the Pharmacy Manager to meet corporate goals.
