What its like to be a Northbridge Claims Manager As a Claims Manager at Northbridge, youll lead a team of talented adjusters, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our insureds, claimants, and broker partners. Youll be responsible for managing day-to-day claims operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with our customer-first values. Youll also collaborate cross-functionally with departments like underwriting, actuarial, and accounting to support business goals and continuous improvement. We want your talent! If You Are Great At Leading and motivating teams with empathy and clarity Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Solving problems with a strategic and customer-focused mindset Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement You Have 10+ years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry 35 years of leadership experience in claims CIP/FCIP designation is an asset Strong technical knowledge of claims handling, policy wordings, and insurance contracts We really mean it when we say we put you first.
