WHAT YOU WILL DO: Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Freight and Customs Specialists, ensuring the management of both exclusive and shared freight contracts with Masco Canada and Masco Corporate. This role includes overseeing the freight audit pay provider to ensure accuracy and contract compliance, as well as managing both ocean and air freight from quotation to delivery. Additionally, the manager is responsible for handling all freight-related systems and needs for Masco Canada and creating strategies to improve service levels while reducing freight costs. Primary Responsibilities Audit FAP provider billings and manage freight account coding Oversee key freight modes: Air, Ocean (FCL, LCL), TL, LTL and small parcel Maintain process documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness Provide support and guidance to shipping and receiving teams as required Lead customs compliance projects Lead tariff impact and analysis processes Ensure compliance with inbound carrier selection by MCL vendors Pursue cost reductions and process improvements independently and with cross-functional teams Track and trace shipments across courier, road, ocean, and air modes Create insights from transit dashboards to support supply chain targets Ensure data accuracy and compliance internally and with external partners Conduct analytics to support TCP and continuous supply chain improvements Backup support for Customs and Logistics Specialist, and broader supply chain needs HEALTH & SAFETY Maintain a safe workplace Wear Personal Protective equipment as required on the shop floor Comply with the company policies and OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Act) Follow safe work and lockout / tagout procedures as required Report unsafe conditions as soon as possible WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Certified Customs Specialist or Certified Trade Compliance Specialist 5-7 years of experience in logistics or freight management, with a focus on freight contracts and customs Proficiency in freight management systems and ERP tools In-depth knowledge of freight operations, including ocean, air freight management, and TMS Contract negotiation skills to manage freight agreements Strong leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvement and cost reduction Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and suppliers Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved service levels and cost efficiency Proven track record of driving operational improvements and optimizing logistics operations In-Depth Understanding of USMCA, Canada and US Customs Requirements and Brokerage Experience with intermodal, TL, LTL, and small parcel freight activities and planning WHO YOU ARE: Strategic & Analytical You make informed decisions using data, financial insight, and sound judgment.
