Key Job Responsibilities: Manage projects across Everest service areas: clinical operations, data management, statistics, medical writing, clinical trial technologies, and regulatory submissions. Ensure successful project team mobilization, communication, milestone tracking, and delivery of project objectives. Lead all aspects of Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH, FDA, Health Canada, EMA, and other regulations. Coordinate project activities, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Serve as primary contact for clinical trial sponsors, ensuring timely initiation and execution of sponsor requests. Oversee cross-functional activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Track project performance, financials, and risk management, and prepare reports for management. Develop and nurture client relationships to generate repeat and new business opportunities. Support operational and capability-building activities within the Project Management department. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in life sciences or a health-related field. Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required. Experience in oncology and clinical trial monitoring is preferred. Understanding of cross-functional processes and regulatory guidelines. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
