This entry-level role involves applying technical knowledge and exploring sales strategies, managing projects of moderate complexity, and following a structured work plan to meet short-term objectives. Program Details: This position is part of our RISE early career program, a 12-month initiative designed to develop skills, knowledge, and confidence through hands-on experience and exposure to various business areas, providing a strong foundation for your career at Veolia. Primary Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts focusing on growth, strategy, and value communication Collaborate with the team to ensure profitable sales in assigned territories Develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships Engage with current and prospective customers to meet sales and service needs Coordinate with marketing to promote high-value solutions Understand customer business models to deliver added value Build strong customer relationships at all levels Work with cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals Participate in community events and drive process improvements Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience) Less than 1 year of sales, marketing, or technical support experience in water treatment industry Eligibility: Willingness to travel and reside within the assigned region Ability to work in industrial environments with safety equipment Willingness to pass background checks and drug testing Basic computer skills (MS Office) Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; willingness to undergo driving record checks if operating company vehicles Desired Qualifications: Technical experience in water treatment industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: We do not accept unsolicited resumes from external agencies.
