User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training resources to educate users on AV system usage and IT best practices; assist users with software applications and guide on resolving common issues. Technical Support and Troubleshooting Serve as an advanced technical resource providing IT support to faculty, staff, and students across campus; diagnose and resolve IT and AV-related issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide advanced support for endpoint devices, operating systems, enterprise applications, and network connectivity. Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
