GMs work with and develop Managers with the aim of setting and achieving business goals, making space for personal growth, and energizing staff. The Manager is responsible and accountable for day-to-day Front of House (FOH) operations as well as FOH training. The Manager is responsible for management floor coverage, coordinating side-by-sides and orientations, reservations, as well as operational and administrative duties as required, including Gordon Foods (GFS) ordering and dry goods inventory management.
