Project Managers are responsible for Superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families, ensuring they know whats happening and what were doing to get their lives back to normal. Assessing damage and determining the scope of work needed to fix it and provide an estimate. Managing and Directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts (ex. water damage, fire & smoke damage, weather damage) Cleaning & packing Rebuilding Project completion Working with Insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured when a claim is filed. Quality control of all aspects of the job. The job, you own it, its essentially a reflection of you at the end of the day. What you bring Willingness to learn and be teachable . A passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication Be self-motivated and goal oriented. Open to working after hours and on weekends (disasters dont happen on a schedule) Problem solving and priority management skills. Computer skills, youll be working in an MS Office environment.
