They foster strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they aim to surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun, inclusive environment that encourages customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Driving Sales: Use store dashboards and feedback to exceed sales targets, taking ownership of your contribution. Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by listening, asking questions, and demonstrating product benefits to make each customer's day special. Brand Building: Educate customers on Lush's values like fighting animal testing, ethical sourcing, and handmade products. Engage with the community through store events to attract traffic. Product Passion: Keep learning about products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently recommend suitable items. Team and Operational Involvement Development: Use available resources to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and team support. Seek feedback and growth opportunities. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote open communication, respect diverse perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging within the team. Operational Excellence Time & Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and engaged. Participate actively and stay informed about company updates. Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment. Stock & Inventory: Adjust displays based on sales data to enhance shopping experience. Policies & Procedures: Follow standards for opening, closing, safety, and product integrity. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Preferred: Experience in consultation-based customer service Problem-solving skills Teamwork experience Background in skincare or cosmetics Cross-cultural and DEIB training Language skills in Spanish, French, or others Pay rate: $20 CAD/hour We wish you the best of luck!
