Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data Analysis and Automation Enter, retrieve, transform, and analyze data to support financial initiatives. Develop and implement automation strategies using tools like Python, Power Automate, or other automation tools to enhance efficiency. Strategic Reporting and Business Modeling Perform management reporting, variance analysis, and investigate discrepancies to identify key trends and drivers. Create innovative business scenario models to evaluate financial decisions and strategic outcomes. Develop and report on KPIs to monitor organizational performance. Stakeholder Communication Present complex subjects and data in an easily digestible way to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations. Work closely with business and IT teams to improve data accessibility and usability. Skill Set, Education and Experience 23 years minimum of experience in analytical roles spanning finance, business, and data analytics. University degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics is highly regarded. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling, scenario analysis, and data cleanup. Experience with SQL, relational databases, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense); knowledge of Python or R is considered an asset. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret high volumes of data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative team player capable of identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Experience with financial modeling and connecting data analysis to business strategies. Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment. Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
