In this role, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and light instrumentation assemblyensuring products reach customers with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Quality assurance checks on inbound inventory Order picking and preparation Handle stock, shelving, and inventory control Cycle counting Maintain internal records and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support general warehouse operations Perform other duties as required Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation) Perform precise work requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills Frequently stand, walk, bend, and handle tools and instrumentation Visual acuity for reading measurements, gauges, calibration marks, and detailed assembly work Occasionally lift, carry, and move parts or equipment weighing up to 40 lbs Work in a shop environment with exposure to tools, equipment, and occasional heat during welding or brazing Occasionally travel to customer locations, which may involve loading/unloading and setup of equipment Qualifications High School Diploma preferred Good interpersonal skills Fluent in English, both oral and written, required Proficient in operating handheld devices for scanning, receiving, and shipping units, preferred Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in ERP platforms such as NetSuite or Oracle, preferred Team player with an interest in learning Organized with the ability to keep records Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Mechanical aptitude Punctual and reliable Winters Instruments is committed to providing accommodations in all parts of the recruitment and employment process, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
