What Youll Do Track fleet performance, utilization, and downtime; make data-driven decisions. Approve and oversee equipment repairs, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Coordinate fleet lifecycle: acquisition, maintenance, and resale. Keep equipment rental-ready and compliant with safety standards. Support and mentor Rentals Coordinators; collaborate across teams. Provide accurate reporting and insights on fleet health and performance. What Youll Bring Background in equipment rentals, fleet management, or dealership operations.
