What youll do The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in executing and overseeing the daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment. This role involves assisting in the supervision and training of store associates, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and helping to meet sales targets.
