The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist discovers, owns, and closes opportunities utilizing advanced solution-selling skills to drive digital transformation business outcomes for our customers in the enterprise customer segment. Responsibilities Identify and pursue opportunities within enterprise customers for Dynamics 365 solutions; build and manage a sales pipeline; own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close. Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process. Build trust with both technical and business stakeholders by effectively communicating complex concepts. Travel as required to meet with clients. Collaborate on sales playbooks and pipeline development. Qualifications 5+ years of SaaS sales experience. Strong ability to create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contract processes. Credible with both technical and business audiences; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to think creatively and explain complex contractual, technical, and financial details clearly. Willingness to travel to meet with clients. Experience building playbooks and pipelines. Compensation Base salary (draw) paid on a W-2 basis. Commission of 1-3% on lifetime revenue from supported customers. Bonus on managed services; additional cash bonuses.
