Technical Sales Representative - Filtration/Instrumentation Join Wajax as a Technical Sales Representative - Filtration/Instrumentation. Accountable for growing industry revenues within Top industry account portfolios and driving the acquisition of new large accounts ($60K - $500K) Leading the sales strategy and plan, including customer target accounts, prospecting, sales lead follow-up, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Retaining and growing business relationships with Top accounts by proactively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions The Role: Sourcing and prospecting new clients continually, conducting sales calls, and presenting product solutions to increase sales in assigned territory Identifying and building relationships with decision makers within existing accounts, creating an on-going relationship strategy, and establishing Wajax as a trusted advisor Reviewing and providing input on target client opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall account strategy Forecasting, delivering, and adjusting accounts to ensure success against contract terms Coordinating with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Conducting follow-up with customers on orders, quotes, and service requested, and undertaking activities to ensure the sale Developing proposals and quotes based on client needs, specifications, and product offerings Full compliance with the Impact sales process and installed CRM tools (Salesforce) The Candidate: Education: Bachelor Degree / College Diploma Work Experience: Minimum 4 years with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals, with experience in Filtration, Instrumentation, and Industrial Products considered a strong asset Knowledge: Leadership level industry experience and knowledge of industry sectors an asset Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint The Company: Wajax has been a leading industrial products and solutions provider since 1858, continually innovating to serve Canadian industry coast-to-coast.
