We are looking for a Full-Time Human Resources Administrator to join our fast-paced team at our Calgary Head Office location. This individual will support MBS through a variety of initiatives, focused on maintaining a company culture that aligns with the diverse needs of our growing team. Your job will be to support the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to employees, as well as be involved in recruiting and hiring new employees. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for HR executives Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation Manage and update HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures Answer employees questions and provide requested information Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities Full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, reviewing resumes, performing telephone screens, setting up interviews, and offering positions Answer telephone calls and provide needed information Create reports for management Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs Perform other tasks as needed Job Requirements: Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least 1 year Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software Knowledge of HR software Familiarity with Canadian labour laws Excellent organizational and time-management skills Act as a reliable and supportive team member BSc in human resources or a similar relevant field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with recruitment marketing If you qualify for this position, please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary expectation.
