Lidc: This cookie is used to optimize data center selection and expires after 24 hours.Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor page is loaded## Environmental Health & Safety Supervisorlocations: Calgary, AB, CANtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0098953Were looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyones journeys better.**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**Ensure all incidents are investigated to identify causes; work with stakeholders to agree on corrective actions; track corrective actions through to completion; monitor successTrack OHS data in a meaningful way (accidents, near misses, workplace inspection findings, days lost, etc.); create and maintain KPIsUse leading indicator data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and to develop department-specific training to address those opportunitiesCollaborate with departments on their Safety Improvement Plans and develop SOPsChair / Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee meetingsLead PRIDE and SQUAD teams within unit and region to enhance Safety awareness among all staffManage safety training programs for Unit personnel.
