This role leads the development and implementation of our project management methodology and reporting processes across the Foundation. You will gather, analyse, and present data to support decision-making and continuous improvement across programs and services. Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior management, youll ensure timely reporting on progress, outcomes, and compliance, while helping develop systems and tools that improve project performance, evaluation, and accountability. This role also plans, coordinates, and delivers meaningful reporting for the Board, Executive, and sub-committees. About you Key Selection Criteria Experience in project management, with certification (e.g., Prince2) or relevant degree preferred. Proven ability in data management, analytics, and business intelligence reporting. Proven skills in planning, delivering, and reporting on projects. Strong data management and analytical abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing high-quality reports for diverse audiences. Experience with project management or reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday). Understanding of compliance, evaluation, or monitoring frameworks. Experience in not-for-profit, government, or community services is highly regarded. Collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work flexibly, independently, and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing competing priorities. Personal values consistent with the values of the organisation.
