Village Kids Program & Development Associate The Village Kids (VK) Program and Development Associate oversees the development and coaching of the VK volunteers. They also oversee the Sunday Large Group and classroom experiences from aesthetics to technology. This Associate is responsible for building a skilled Family Ministries volunteer community that functions under the vision and values of Family Ministries. The Associate must be able to recruit and care for their team by providing ongoing development and discipleship opportunities.
