Job Description

Introduction We are looking to employ an Operations Administrator at our Port Elizabeth branch. Duties & Responsibilities Capturing of waybills, completing manifests, generating driver trip-sheets and other similar administrative roles. Willing to work after hours. Scanning of PODs. Following up with drivers on deliveries. Dealing with client queries. Monitoring and capturing staff overtime and leave administration. Petty Cash Reconciliation. Standard working hours are 8am 5pm; however, after hours work will be required. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of a matric certificate. Break Bulk Logistics industry experience will be beneficial but is not mandatory. Must be willing to work long hours and on some weekends if needed. Own vehicle. Must be driven, ambitious, and eager to build a career within the logistics industry. Package & Remuneration Market related - depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
