Overview Account Sales Manager at Red Bull reporting to the District Sales Manager. This outside sales role covers a defined route of accounts, increasing product sales and in-store placements at large and small format premise stores. The ASM will upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays, and service customers in a safe and productive manner according to Red Bull executional standards. This is a salaried position with eligibility for a commission bonus based on targets achieved. Responsibilities Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of Red Bull products at assigned Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts. Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales. Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order. Perform outside sales functions and other tasks as assigned. Evaluate competitors7 activities (e.g., new launches, price reductions). Meet monthly goals related to sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account setup, and other merchandising components. Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while maintaining brand flow per Red Bull standards. Increase inventory and product diversity at each assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product. Collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and maintain relationships with customer contacts at each account. Qualifications Valid Drivers License with a clean motor vehicle record. Must be of legal age. Experience in sales, account management and DSD is a plus. Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. English; additional languages are an advantage. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,908 to $61,793 . The actual base salary may depend on qualifications, skills, experience and work location. Base pay is part of total compensation, with potential discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation depending on role and incentive plan terms. 0The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
