Office Administrator Responsibilities: Answer Telephones, Take Messages and Reply to Daily Emails Accurately Enter Data into Accounting and Order Systems Process Payments A/P, A/R, Bookkeeping, Payroll Maintain a Clean & Organized Front Reception Area Other Administrative tasks, as required Requirements: Proactive and Self-Motivated Knowledge of Accounting Practices Ability to Work Independently and with a Team Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-Task Positive Attitude with Customer Service Skills Excellent Computer Competency Exceptional written and Verbal Communication We Offer: $25-$27/hour based on experience Employer paid Comprehensive Benefits Package Monday Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Long Term, Stable, Year-Round Employment A Fast-Paced Friendly Work Environment Hire Standard is recruiting on behalf of Mulder Plumbing & Heating: Please apply online at hire-standard.com or email resume to .
