This role will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and lead security initiatives within the Industrial Control Systems and OT environments. A successful candidate will drive security programs aligned with industry-recognized frameworks, enhancing the maturity of the information security and risk management strategies. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Enhance governance frameworks for Operational Technology security Deploy and integrate Endpoint Detection and Response solutions across OT environments Design and implement security and policies for OT and Industrial Control Systems Develop and enforce security standards, incident response procedures, and secure configuration guidelines Provide technical support for SCADA systems, ensuring best practices and readiness for new technologies and regulatory changes Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT, identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations Design and implement secure OT architectures, including firewalls, segmentations, and across controls Ensure proper IT-OT network segmentation to prevent lateral threat movement Manage the ongoing development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures Support IT audits, compliance efforts, and risk management strategies Provide strategic guidance on IT security projects, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation Your strengths include: Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oil and Gas Technical expertise with expertise level SCADA platforms Experience in risk management, compliance, and information security policy development Familiarity with IT security governance, risk and compliance standards in various industries 5+ years of experience in vulnerability management, risk assessment, and security tool configuration Strong ability to analyze, collaborate, and communicate within cross-functional teams Ability to support IT audits and coordinate management responses Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management strategies If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the Apply button to send your resume directly to Igor Uzun and Shannon Bondad .
