As a leading distributor of cutting-edge HVAC products, we need an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help promote our products efficiently. ABOUT CLIMA DESIGN TECHNOLOGIES LTD Clima Design Technologies Ltd is a local Canadian distributor focused on new ideas and innovations in the HVAC industry. We are committed to developing solutions that improve air quality, increase efficiency, simplify installation, reduce energy costs, and lessen our carbon footprint. Our goal is to provide quality products, efficient design, and share our expertise and knowledge. We offer cooling and heating solutions with a customer-focused approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze the product line to identify which products can benefit from marketing and advertising. Develop sales promotion, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns highlighting benefits such as better efficiency, easier installation, lower energy costs, and a smaller carbon footprint. Oversee the content of flyers and other promotional materials. Prepare and present reports on marketing campaign results. Create and maintain social media accounts and update the company website. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms. Manage the companys Google Business account, respond to reviews and testimonials. Participate in public events and exhibitions for marketing and informational purposes. Coordinate lunch and learn info sessions with potential customers. Respond to oral and written inquiries from potential customers. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE A university degree or college diploma is required. At least 1 year of related work experience; industry knowledge is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with business clients. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: 580 Nicola Avenue, Suite 2160, Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada V3B 0P2 Pay: $36.00/hour, with potential annual review for raises. Hours: 32.5 hours/week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am 4:30 pm (30 min unpaid break) Additional pay: Bonus, Overtime Benefits include casual dress, dental, extended health, life insurance, on-site parking, vision, statutory benefits, 2 weeks vacation.
