What Youll Get To Do Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Provide accurate product information and confidently answer customer questions. Ensure merchandise is fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing. Maintain a clean, organized shop floor and storage areas, following daily cleaning procedures. Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or issues to the Manager promptly. Uphold high standards for product quality, customer service, and health and safety at all times. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Process returns and refunds according to company policy. Support the setup and execution of in-store promotions, displays, and events. Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and consistently. Work collaboratively with the team and support other departments as needed. Perform additional tasks to contribute to the overall success of the store. Salary Description: The base wage for this role ranges from $20.00 to $23.00/hr. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity.
