Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the best vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed. Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff. Maintain the appearance of the store and keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of retail or customer service experience Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers and calculators with basic math skills Ability to embrace new technology and adapt with high level of accuracy Strong sales skills with accountability for sales results and a desire to meet goals Strong communication skills, both oral and written Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment Additional information Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements.
