Overview Join to apply for the Oracle EBS FIN Technology Lead role at Infosys . The role focuses on Finance Business Process analysis with RPA experience, supporting Quote to Cash, Tax, Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes. The candidate interfaces with key stakeholders and applies Oracle functional proficiency across project stages including requirement gathering, design, user acceptance testing, and application support, with communication to Business and third-party systems. Responsibilities Document current 'as-is' and target 'to-be' business processes and gather requirements and use cases from GPOs and SMEs. Draft the business requirements document (BRD) and PRD and identify opportunities for automation in finance processes and systems. Advise on and support the implementation of business solutions; coordinate with Business and third-party systems. Drive process improvements and coordinate with cross-functional partners; work in US PST hours to support Enterprise initiatives and meetings; manage other resources. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario/Calgary or willing to relocate; travel may be required. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education may be considered. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Eligible to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor immigration at this time. Skills Required Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting, CPA, CA, etc. 8+ years of progressive experience as Sr. Business Analyst or Transformation Lead focused on Finance (Q2C, P2P, R2R). Experience in finance business transformation (policy, process, and systems) from a finance perspective. Functional knowledge of Quote to Cash, Accounting, Tax and Subscription processes. Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger modules. Experience in RPA; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex solutions to technical, business, and management teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Global Tax Rollouts and Vertex Integrations. Pricing and Quoting experience for SaaS organizations. Expertise with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere; familiarity with recorder, control tower, and process configuration. GenAI familiarity; BPM experience in process design, documentation, and governance. Experience managing teams (2-3 members) is a plus; global delivery experience; client relationship skills. Program Management and Change Management experience; SQL knowledge preferred. Compensation Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in Ontario is CA$89,004 to CA$115,491.
