We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership. What drives your day-to-day? Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs. Welcoming customers and discussing their needs. Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone. Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration. Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicles problems or symptoms. Connecting customers to the right auto technician. Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers vehicle is repaired as needed. Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions. What are the must-haves Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role preferred CDK experience is an asset Automotive knowledge Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Ability to set and achieve targeted goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not Organization and follow-up skills Experience and desire to work with technology Valid drivers license with clean driving record The Perks.
