Our purpose is to create a safe and secure world, together. In this role, you will: Manage activities relating to the Quality Assurance Program. Monitor minimum standards for conformance. Report findings of non-conformance to the QA Manager and maintain records of findings and corrective actions. Distribute findings to the appropriate manager for corrective action through the QA Manager. Monitor corrective action plans and follow-up actions to ensure timely and effective completion. Monitor technical and regulatory data, company procedures, processes, forms, and the maintenance master plan (MPM) to ensure currency and effectiveness. Ensure calibration records for precision tools and test equipment are maintained. Ensure maintenance records, service difficulty reports, and internal audit reports are completed and processed per the MPM. Monitor the company training program and personnel training records to ensure currency. Monitor Certificating Authority records in accordance with the MPM and regulatory requirements. Monitor all activities for compliance with the MPM and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with operational and maintenance managers to address concerns raised under the Quality Assurance program. Travel throughout Canada as required to maintain the Quality Program. Provide training as required. Undertake other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate: Previous auditor experience or training is an asset. Superior verbal and written communication skills, including writing formal reports and making presentations. Eligible for an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and ITAR clearance. Meet CAR 573.03(1)(c) and 573.03(6); asset if held. Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license; asset if held. Experience with CAMP, Winair, or similar maintenance programs. Good organizational skills. Proficient in English, written and spoken. Physical ability to sit, crouch, walk, or stand for extended periods and to work in confined spaces. Willingness to undertake shift work and have the right to work in Canada or obtain a Canadian passport. Holds a valid drivers license.
