Central Labs is growing again! Were hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist to lead day-to-day operations in our compounding facility in Devon, AB. The Role Youll lead a skilled team of compounders, technicians, and coordinatorsdriving quality, safety, and efficiency across sterile and non-sterile workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead & supervise daily compounding operations across teams and rooms. Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable provincial and federal regulations. Develop documentation: master formulations, risk assessments, and related records Clinical verification: verify compounding orders and perform final checks/release of completed mixtures. Hands-on support: perform sterile and non-sterile compounding when needed. What You Bring Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (MUST) Exceptional technical accuracy and strong attention to detail. Clear communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Able to provide professional references and a recent criminal record check (good standing) upon request. Salary: Above current market rate; commensurate with experience.
