Overview SEO Specialist role at ABM College to enhance our digital presence and drive student enrollment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position with end-to-end ownership of our search engine optimization strategy for our main website, abmcollege.com. Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the marketing team, you will increase online brand awareness and generate qualified leads to support our growth. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and achieve lead generation and brand awareness goals. Technical & On-Page SEO: Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimizations to ensure the site is optimized for search engines, including content, meta tags, and internal linking. Performance Analysis: Use tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance. Provide regular data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO. Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to identify opportunities and ensure all new content is optimized for search engines and user experience. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain ABM College as a leader in student recruitment. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated SEO role. Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving significant traffic growth. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. Experience with keyword research, keyword mapping, and identifying opportunities. Proficiency with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously. Experience working with a private college or university is a significant plus.
