Position Overview As the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will oversee a crew to ensure the maintenance of our high-end residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include: Primary Duties Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and general turf maintenance. Garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and planting. Mulching and seasonal plant installations. Operating and maintaining equipment safely and efficiently. Leading your crew to complete daily tasks to the highest standard. Ensuring client satisfaction by communicating professionally and addressing any on-site concerns. Seasonal Duties Installing and removing Christmas light displays. Ensuring decorations are installed safely and reflect the quality craftsmanship were known for. Layoff Period Eligible for Employment Insurance (EI) benefits. Employer top-up pay during the layoff period. What Were Looking For Experience in landscaping, gardening, or property care (supervisory experience is a strong asset). Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions. Valid G drivers license (required). Experience with landscaping equipment and basic mechanical skills.
